Task-first template (v1.4.57): one row per line item, grouped by Task ID — columns are Task ID, Contract, Owner, Engineer, Done Date, LI Code, Activity Details, Installation QTY, Supply QTY, MF. Activity Details is the actual activity performed for that line (free text, saved exactly as entered — optional, like manual Create BOQ); the official Item Description is a separate field resolved automatically from the LI master by LI Code. The task's Customer, Region, Activity, WO ID and Site are fetched automatically from Tasks/Comarch (the Task ID must already exist there), Header fields (Contract, Owner, Engineer, Done Date) must be identical on every row of a task; a blank Contract cell uses the default contract selected below. MF is per-line (blank = 1); the former header "Site MF" column is gone. Old wide-format files are rejected — download the current template. Prices are frozen at creation and BOQs follow the normal lifecycle. Preview first — nothing is created until you confirm, and it's all-or-nothing.

🔗 Bulk Related Tasks Upload (admin — create many Related WOs from one Excel)

Bulk Related Task Template — Version: 1: one row per relationship — columns are Main Task ID, Owner Name, Engineer Name, Done Date, Related Task ID. Each row does exactly what doing it by hand does: the Main Task (the task you would start from in Create BOQ) becomes the linked zero-BOQ / Related WO under the Related Task on the same site, and is then submitted — so you never have to open each new Linked Task and click Submit. Each row follows its own customer workflow, exactly like a normal BOQ: Etisalat becomes Submitted and appears in the RFA Workspace; Tamdeed follows the normal Tamdeed workflow and becomes Uploaded directly (it never enters RFA). An existing Draft is submitted; a BOQ Correction is updated and re-raised; a row that is already processed is accepted as a no-op (never resubmitted). RFA approval stays manual for Etisalat records. The Related task's existing BOQ — line items, amount, lifecycle — is never touched (an existing BOQ there is the normal case). Customer, Region, Site, WO and Activity are derived from Tasks/Comarch — the file cannot override them. Both tasks must exist in Comarch, share the same customer and same Site ID; a Main task with BOQ line items, a locked/linked Main task, a Historical task, a zero-BOQ target, duplicate or reversed rows are rejected — the same rules as manual, nothing extra. Preview first — nothing is created until you confirm, and it's all-or-nothing.

Only Closure Ready tasks without a BOQ are eligible — unknown tasks, non-closure (Active/Planned/Ongoing) tasks, duplicate rows, tasks with an existing BOQ and invalid classifications are rejected; one invalid row blocks the whole file (all-or-nothing) with a downloadable error report. Preview first, then confirm. Comarch data is never changed.

📤 Mark All Eligible as Uploaded

Runs the same Mark Uploaded action as the individual button, once per record, over the entire eligible worklist — not just the rows shown on screen. Submitted → Uploaded and Re-submitted → Re-uploaded. Only Etisalat BOQs are eligible: Tamdeed is delivered by e-mail and is already Uploaded on its own workflow, so Tamdeed records — including Tamdeed Related WOs — never enter this process. A record with no Done Date is not eligible. Line items, amounts, batches, PO utilisation, revenue, VAT and payments are not changed. Everything is re-checked at confirm time and saved in one atomic write; if the worklist changed since this preview, nothing is marked and you preview again.
